Call for Artist Support Grant Panelists

A North Carolina Arts Council Supported Grant Program


Deadline to Apply: September 24, 2023


Arts Council of Winston-Salem & Forsyth County and The Arts Council of Greater Greensboro is seeking panelists with content knowledge expertise in the following creative fields to review 2023 – 2024 Artist Support Grant applications: Dance, Visual Arts and Crafts, Writing/Literature, Music, Film, and Performing Arts.

Content knowledge experts include:

· Artists who receive 50% or more of their income from their creative practice

· Arts administrators, arts educators, arts and creative entrepreneurs

· Professional individuals with expertise in an artistic discipline but not recouping full time income from working artists


Requirements


Panelists must reside in one of the following North Carolina counties:


· Davie, Davidson, Forsyth, Guilford, and Randolph

Panelist must commit to the panel schedule:


Training on Online Submission Portal

1 Hour Zoom Meeting

Review and Score Applications

October 9 – 20, 2023 (Open Time – Online Portal)

Scheduled Panel Meetings

October 23 – 27, 2023 (2-3 Hour Zoom Session)
