
VENUE RENTALS
Arts Council venues are available to rent for theatrical productions, concerts, one-off performances, film screenings, fundraisers, conferences, meetings, and other private events. For a description of each our our spaces, visit the Facilities and Venues page.
RENTAL PRICING
See below for venue rental pricing. Venue rental includes access to the space during specified times, use of basic house lighting and sound equipment, use of non-specialty tables and chairs, ticketing services, concessions services, and select marketing services.

Venue rental pricing does not include staffing or additional production costs. Staffing and items available at additional cost include:

DISCOUNTS
Non-profit organizations with 501(c)3 certification are eligible for a 25% discount on venue rental prices. Staffing and other production costs are not included in this discount.
TICKETING
Arts Council provides complimentary ticketing services for all ticketed events hosted on our campus. A nominal Arts Council facility fee is charged to each ticket purchaser, but full proceeds from the ticket face value go to the rental group. Events are not permitted to self-ticket or utilize outside ticketing services. Tickets will not be put on sale until the signed rental agreement and deposit are received.
INSURANCE
All events hosted in Arts Council venues must provide proof of general liability insurance coverage of not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) per person and one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence, naming Arts Council of Winston-Salem and Forsyth County as an additional insured.

Rentals dates and venues are subject to facility and staffing availability, and priority will be given to arts partner organizations, non-profit arts organizations, and individual artists as outlined in Arts Council of Winston-Salem & Forsyth County's mission.
