Winston-Salem, NC  (October 3, 2019) --  “42nd Street,” the long-running hit musical revival on London stage, is the next presentation in The Arts Council of Winston-Salem and Forsyth County  Cinematic HD Screening series.   The screening is at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 13, in Hanesbrands Theatre at The Milton Rhodes Center for the Arts in downtown Winston-Salem.  “42nd Street” is the song-and-dance, American-dream fable of Broadway, featuring the West End’s biggest cast on the theatre world’s oldest stage, Theatre Royal Drury Lane.

“42nd Street,”  which features brilliant costumes and show-stopper dance numbers, is the second screening in a nine-event Arts Council series that includes stage productions ranging from musical comedy to Shakespeare and Frankenstein.  All screenings will be at Hanesbrands Theatre using its new, state-of-the-art Digital Cinema Projector.  ”42nd Street” is made available to The Arts Council series by Experience HD.
