2023 - 2024 Call to Artists for Exhibitions

Arts Council of Winston-Salem & Forsyth County invites exhibition proposals for the 2023 – 2024 Main Gallery season at Milton Rhodes Center for the Arts (251 N Spruce Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27101). All exhibitions run approximately 6 – 8 weeks long and include an opening night community reception and artist talk. Shorter exhibitions to be considered with enough notice. Artists and artist collectives at all levels are encouraged to submit proposals. There is no fee for submissions.

Proposal Details

Artworks of all media are eligible; including but not limited to painting, sculpture, printmaking, mixed media, fiber, photography, graphic design, installations, and short films. Proposals should be specific regarding presentation and installation plans of the artwork. In addition to work samples, proposals should include artist statements, resume, and list any specific gallery needs for the exhibition. We look forward to artists pushing the boundaries of our walls.
