Associated Artists Gallery Exhibition

Have you ever listened to your favorite playlist while doodling in a notebook? Or maybe you've been driving, jamming to your favorite song, and a whole music video is now unfolding in your mind. The Associated Artists of Winston-Salem's newest exhibition, "Sounds of Music in Art," is an abstract exploration of that creative intersection tying art and music together. From portraits of artists to music notes in a collage, this exhibition features a unique mix of professional and hobbyist artists. Showcasing local talent, there are 17 Associated Artists of Winston-Salem represented and 36 works of unique, buyable art on display.

This is the Associated Artists 4th exhibition in the Associated Artists Gallery this year.

Started by the same people that started the Arts Council of Winston-Salem and Forsyth County back in 1956, the Associated Artists are a long-time art partner of the campus. They exhibit in Milton Rhodes Center for the Arts year-round with an additional annual Artists Spotlight Exhibition held in the Main Gallery - this year in November. Their main mission is to provide artists a place to be seen by providing venue space around the Triad.
