Production Intern - Perennial Peaces

About Us: At Perennial Peaces, we’re redefining luxury with handcrafted textile jewelry that combines vibrant colors, intricate textures, and timeless style. Our brand celebrates bold individuality, and our “peaces” are loved by quirky fashionistas who are unafraid to stand out. We’re passionate about quality, creativity, and the power of self-expression through wearable art.

Position: We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Production Intern to join our team! This role is perfect for anyone who loves working with their hands, has an eye for precision, and wants to learn the ins and outs of jewelry production in a dynamic, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Jewelry Creation: Shape wire, cut fabric, and assemble materials to craft our unique, high-quality jewelry “peaces”.

  • Quality Control: Carefully inspect each part to ensure it meets our standards of artistry and durability.

  • Shipping and Packaging: Pack and ship orders, making sure each package is as beautiful and unique as the jewelry inside.

  • Creative Input: Participate in brainstorming and offer ideas on new “peaces”, designs, and improvements.

  • Studio Maintenance: Help keep our workspace organized, clean, and functional, and manage supplies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Artistic Passion: A love for jewelry, crafts, or any form of art where you work with your hands.

  • Attention to Detail: Precision is key, so we need someone who takes pride in creating high-quality work.

  • Curious and Willing to Learn: Open to new techniques and committed to growing your skills.

  • Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help with whatever needs doing.

Why Join Perennial Peaces?

  • Hands-On Experience: You’ll gain valuable experience in production techniques and get a peek into the world of a small, high-end jewelry brand.

  • Supportive Environment: Work in a creative, encouraging space that celebrates diversity and individuality.

  • Creative Freedom: As part of the Perennial Peaces team, your ideas and input matter. We want you to share and explore your creativity!

  • Potential Growth: Opportunity to be a part of something bigger and grow with us if you find your passion here.

Compensation We are currently offering an hourly rate of $10/hour for a maximum of 20 hours per month. As production grows or slows, this may adjust. Join us in creating jewelry that’s as unique as the people who wear it! Email info@perennialpeaces.com
