Position Title: Gallery and Artist Services Coordinator
Reports to: VP of Strategy and Community Impact
Department: Community Impact
Works occasionally with: Community Grants and Services Manager
Supervise: None
Classification: The Gallery and Artist Services Coordinator is a part-time position for up to 15 hours/week. Each week may vary based on workload as assigned.
Compensation: $15/hour

Description of Position
The Gallery and Artist Services Coordinator will be a member of the Community Impact team and will provide Artist Services and Support in the Winston-Salem & Forsyth County community. Through this position, the Gallery and Artist Services Coordinator will have hands-on training from the Community Impact team and/or supervisor. The person in this role will be provided support and growth to enhance their professional career path, which includes but is not limited to gallery curation, arts administration (website, gallery sales management, calls for artists, and the gallery installation, de-installation, exhibition design/preparator work, and events calendar), gallery and gift shop management, planning, scheduling, and attending gallery openings/events, and the opportunity for the Coordinator’s ideas and visions to be part of the overall planning and execution of gallery and gift shop programs.
