Organizational Support Grant (OSG) is an evaluative program that provides general operating support to organizations demonstrating artistic and organizational excellence.
Grants are awarded to arts and cultural organizations of all sizes and disciplines within the arts sector that meet high standards in the quality of their programs and services, level of community involvement, administrative capacity, and fiscal responsibility. This program recognizes organizations with strong administrative stability and an established record of programmatic service to Forsyth County. OSG provides funding to support organizational goals and objectives, rather than specific projects or restricted programs.
To be eligible, organizations must operate within a mission that describes the arts and culture as the primary purpose and focus of its operations. Additionally, organizations must have Forsyth County as their primary residence and service area and be an Arts Council Member Organization with a 501(c)(3) status.
Please note: This grant program is by invitation only.
*Arts Council will review and redefine the Operating Support Grant program as part of its planning and visioning process during its upcoming fiscal year (October 1, 2021 – September 30, 2022) and announce any changes to this grant program in Spring 2022.
