General Operating Support Grants
About the Program
General Operating Support Grants (GOSG) provides unrestricted support to organizations demonstrating artistic and organizational excellence through high quality programs and services. This program recognizes organizations with strong administrative stability, fiscal responsibility and an established record of programmatic service to Forsyth County. Arts and Culture organizations with operating budgets of $1,000,000 and above are eligible to apply for grants ranging from $10,000 to $35,000.

Grant Eligibility
To be eligible, organizations must be:

A 501 (c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization

Have an operating budget of $1,000,000 or more
-
Operate within a mission that describes arts and culture as the primary purpose
-
Operate programs and services within Forsyth County as their primary residence
-
Not be a North Carolina State entity
