Lyrics by the Lake: Live at Tanglewood Park

Lyrics by the Lake comes to Tanglewood Park on Sunday, May 18 for a FREE celebration of music, art, and community!

Lyrics by the Lake is a one-of-a-kind community arts event featuring live musical performances, comedy acts, poetry & spoken word, live painting, food vendors, and an artist market.

This event is part of Arts Council's Parks Concert Series, presented in partnership with Forsyth County Government, which provides free, family-friendly concerts showcasing local and national musicians in beautiful outdoor venues.

Lyrics by the Lake: Live at Tanglewood Park takes place at the Tanglewood Park Band Shell (4061 Clemmons Rd, Clemmons, NC 27012). Free parking is available. Gates open at 1pm; the concert will be 2-6pm. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs, and may bring a picnic or purchase food from vendors onsite. Wine, beer, and water will be available for purchase, with all proceeds supporting Arts Council. No outside alcohol is permitted.

In the event of inclement weather, the concert will take place at Hanesbrands Theatre (209 N Spruce Street, Winston-Salem). Check Arts Council’s website and social media for day-of venue updates.
