Arts NC, of which The Arts Council of Winston-Salem and Forsyth County is a member, announces the availability of a new arts specialty license plate.

Over the long term, the plate will serve as a visible symbol of the strength and pervasive arts support in North Carolina. The arts councils located in the state believe that the plates will help brand our theme of “the creative state” and support our advocacy efforts within local, county and state government.
